The Monster Dare Service and MonsterDare.com Website (the "Website") is operated by, and information collected from the Website is collected by, Dare TV Ltd. a limited liability company registered in England and Wales, number 6048274. Our registered office is at Unit 11, The Turnmill 63 Clerkenwell Road, London EC1M 5NP United Kingdom(‘Dare TV", "us" or "we"). Dare TV offers its member community an automated and self-regulating platform (‘Platform’) that allows members to interact with each other by creating and doing dares (‘Dares’) that they would do in real life, with the convenience of the internet and/or mobile technology. The value of completing these Dares is money.
Your privacy matters to us and we want to reassure you that we will do the right thing with any personal information you share with us, and will protect your payment details very carefully. This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and provides you with relevant information as to how Dare TV gathers, stores, and uses information provided by users through the Website.
By using the Website, you are accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, and Dare TV will have the right to use your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to have your information used in any of the ways described in this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Site.

Dare TV reserves the right to modify and update this Privacy Policy at any time with or without notice to you, and it is your responsibility to review the Privacy from time to time for any changes. Your continued use of the Website or the Monster Dare Service and/or continued provision of personal information to us will be subject to the terms of the then-current Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION COLLECTED BY DARE TV
We collect different types of information that we use in different ways, as explained below. Throughout our Privacy Policy we will use the term "Personal Information". This is information about you that identifies you as an individual such as your username, email address, country of residence, and age.
We may collect your personal information when you when you (a) register for the Monster Dare Service, (b) voluntarily provide it when you use the Monster Dare Service (e.g. by participating in Dares or communicating with other registered users); (c) disclose it in a public area of the Website as part of your personal profile; (d) if you make an enquiry or complaint to us; or (e) provide it when you communicate with us.
If you register to become a registered user of the Monster Dare Service through the Website, we may use the personal information that you provide for billing purposes, and to administer and manage your account.
We also collect Anonymous Information without connecting it to any name, address or other Personal Information. This data provides us with Anonymous Information about how people use our site and demographic information about our users, but does not identify you. For example, Anonymous Information may tell us how many people have participated in a particular (type of) Dare.
If you are requested to provide payment details such as a credit/debit card or bank account details. These details will be treated securely.
USE OF INFORMATION
We will display your Personal Information in your profile, according to the preferences you set in your account. We will use your username so that we can personalise your experience. We will use your email address to contact you from time to time. You can control the types and, over time, the frequencies of certain emails you receive. We may also use your Personal Information to process any applications for membership, Dares or financial transactions you make, for security reasons to confirm that you are who you say you are, to confirm and investigate any transactions in respect of your use of the Monster Dare Service, to provide the Monster Dare Service to you, to process and deal with any queries or complaints you make, to monitor and investigate any suspected breach of our Terms & Conditions or any laws, and, where you have given your consent, to send you offers or promotions from Dare TV or carefully selected third parties.
You must also be aware that visitors and other members can see which Dares you are involved in. If you wish to create a Dare that is not visible to the public, other than those members that are invited to the Dare, you can select this option in the Dare Creation Process. Please note that you cannot hide your participation from the public if the person who created the Dare has not selected this private option.
We may disclose your Personal Information to our employees, agents, partners, third-party payment processors and affiliates in order to administer your account in same instances the transfer of your Personal Information outside the European Union will be necessary. Dare TV will only provide these third parties with that information which is reasonably required to perform the Monster Dare Service, and they will be prohibited from using that information for any other purpose
We may use Personal Information provided by you to send information about Dare TV and Monster Dare Service and/or Website for which you subscribed or otherwise used or accessed, including news about Dares, contests, events, and other promotional materials. If you have given us your consent, we will also send communications for unrelated products or services. We provides users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from Dare TV when you are asked to provide information to us. In addition, we give users the option of discontinuing receipt of communications from us. Instructions for discontinuing receipt of communications from us will be made available with each communication from us or on the Website.
With your consent, we may also elect to your Personal Information to carefully selected third parties so they can send you offers or promotions. Such third parties will be prohibited from disclosing or using such information except for the limited purposes which the users have consented to.
We may disclose your Personal Information if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law regulation or other government authority or to protect and defend the rights or property of Dare TV or its affiliated companies, its affiliates or the public. By using the Website, users agree that Dare TV may share with other parties Anonymous Information collected by Dare TV in the course of the continuing use of the Website. We may use the Anonymous Information to statistically analyse site usage and to customise our site's content, layout and services, or for marketing purposes. The resulting information will allow us to improve our site and better understand and serve our users.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
The Personal Information you provide to us may be stored and processed outside the United Kingdom in any country in which Dare TV or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. By using the Website, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
REVIEWING AND CHANGING YOUR PROFILE
You can review and revise your personal public profile at any time, and decide not to disclose certain facts to the public. Also, you can choose not to disclose your real name or age to the public. You can however not hide from the public your trust rating or comments that have been posted about you by users who participated in Dares you created or for which you acted as referee as those are a crucial parameter for other users to interact with you. If you decide to cancel your account altogether, we will remove your profile and it will not be visible to other users anymore. The Dares in which you were involved or comments you posted however will remain visible as they are an integral part of those events. Your picture, however, will be removed from any such Dares.
INTERNET AWARENESS
Whenever you voluntarily post Personal Information in public areas of the Website, you should be aware that this information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by others to send you unsolicited communications, advertisements or for other purposes. Users should exercise caution in deciding what information you disclose on the Website. We do not control the actions of third parties in public areas of the Website, so if you disclose Personal Information in a public area, you do so at your own risk.
